TBC Updates!
Trunks Beach Couture recently debuted some new bow ties, bags and tons of other great goods at a trunk show at The Plantation Shop in Amelia Island.
Many of the things we brought to The Plantation Shop are available online at TrunksBeachCouture.com.
The Summer Essentials Bag is a new addition. It pairs perfecctly with our Bosun Bag.
These little seersucker beach bloomies are now on our website too! They are so cute alone, with a white T-shirt or peeking out from under a summer dress.
Recipe of the Week: Roasted Tomatoes with Parmesan
These tomatoes are a great summer side dish and are hard to mess up. Bread crumbs sprinkled on top are a great addition. A little goat cheese mixed in with the parmesan also make them extra creamy.
Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, halved horizontally
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
